1 Overview
The IDM DXC5200 Integrated Service cross-connect equipment is one of the timeslot cross-connect devices designed by our company using dedicated large-scale integrated circuits. It connects user terminal equipment or user terminal equipment to the public switched telephone network via 2M transmission medium.
The IDM DXC5200 Integrated Service cross-connect equipment is fully equipped with 240 standard E1 transmission interfaces, adopting PCM30/31 system. It also features non-blocking 64K timeslot cross-connect among the 240 E1s. Meanwhile, the DXC5200 timeslot cross-connect has multiple clock modes to meet clock requirements of various application environments.
The main control card, power supply card and other critical modules of the IDM DXC5200 Integrated Service cross-connect equipment adopt dual-card mutual backup.

2 Product Features
u 19-inch 3U standard chassis, with 2 power card slots, 2 main control card slots and 11 service card slots;
u Dual 48V power supply, supporting 1+1 redundancy protection;
u Dual main control, supporting 1+1 redundancy protection;
u Main control card: Supports a cross-connect capacity of 7200×7200 64K timeslots full cross-connect; provides access and management of user interfaces, data and signaling cross-connect, system synchronization, and device networking control and management; supports digital level adjustment for all E1 channels within a single-end device. The main control card supports remote online upgrade function;
u E1 service card: Each card provides 24 E1 interfaces, connected via European-style connectors, and supports remote online upgrade function;
u Network management card: Supports online acquisition of third-party TS16 signaling format through network management software and automatic saving. It can set signaling format for any 64K timeslot among 240 E1s, enabling telephone service interconnection between PCM equipment of any manufacturer;
u Test card: Equipped with test ports configured as FXS interfaces. Through the network management, the test ports can be used to perform tests on specified 64K timeslots, such as sending ringing current, sending audio, receiving audio, three-way calling, two-way calling, monitoring, and 64K timeslot bidirectional loopback.
u The device also supports insertion of 64K and N*64K service cards. The type and quantity of services can be configured arbitrarily within the chassis. Each slot can provide 16 channels of 64K services, supporting FXS/FXO, magneto, 2/4-wire EM, RS232/RS422/RS485, GSM/CDMA services.
